Panett.1 is the design evolution of the iconic Milanese cake, created and developed by Paolo Barichella for Galbusera Tre Marie and rolled out in the Galbusera Café retail channel.
It was launched with an outdoor campaign across Milan in the winter of 2024–25 — station canopies, city crossroads and digital screens — and during Milano Design Week 2025 Paolo presented it in person at the Tre Marie Bistrot Store in San Babila, in a series of sessions titled "Let's meet Paolo Barichella, the designer of our Panett.1".
